This position will be responsible for scanning patient charts into a computerized electronic medical record system.  Medical record experience and willing to travel to all PMA offices is required.

Internal Medicine and Family Practice Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, phlebotomy, prescription refills, obtain authorizations and other clinical duties as assigned.  Must have the ability to multi-task and have good computer skills. May be cross trained for front office responsibilities.  Evenings and/or Saturdays may be required.  Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.

The Allergy Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, prescription refills, allergy injections, PFT's, phlebotomy, front office responsibilities as needed and the ability to multi-task in a a fast paced specialty environment.

Hours for Allergy are:

Monday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm     Tuesday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm     Wednesday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm     Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

This position will prep charts, file loose correspondence, pull and file charts.  High school diploma or equivalent. This position will be 16 hours a week

Family Practice Forest Hills

This position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of a physician office and must have three years experience as a physician office Supervisor.  Must have knowledge in various aspects of the business such as working with a computerized practice management, billing, finance reports and employee management.  Allscripts electronic medical records experience is preferred.  Must have excellent computer skills.  Bachelors Degree preferred.

Neurology Division

This position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of a physician office and must have three years experience as a Neurology office Supervisor.  Must have knowledge in various aspects of the business such as working with a computerized practice management system, billing, finance reports and employee management.  Allscripts electronic medical records experience is preferred.  Must have excellent computer skills.  Bachelors Degree required.

Office Assistants will perform general clerical duties. Must have general computer skills, excellent customer service skills, patient scheduling experience, medical terminology knowledge and the ability to multitask.  May be required to work evenings and/or Saturdays.  Must have at least one year experience working in a physician office or have graduated from an accredited Medical Secretarial Program.
