Premier physicians are on call at all times, including all holidays. Our doctors will have ready access to your complete medical record from any location, including Forbes Hospital and UPMC East. Below are the best options for your urgent, non-emergency, medical needs.

For urgent health concerns that require attention from your primary care physician or specialist, contact your Premier practice office by phone to reach our trained answering service team.
Our answering service will document your concerns and relay them to the on-call provider. All Premier providers have access to you or your child’s complete medical record. Please remove any call blocking in order to receive the physician’s call.
Family Medicine – Evening and Saturday hours
If you are in need of urgent, non-emergency, medical attention, family medicine has select locations open Monday – Thursday evenings as late as 8 pm. Both family medicine and pediatrics have select hours on Saturdays.
Federal Holiday Observances
All Premier medical offices, with the exception of the hospitalist program at AHN Forbes, will be closed in observance of these federal holidays. On-call physicians are available and can be reached by contacting the answering service.
