“It’s a great place to work.” That’s the consensus from our employees who chose to award Premier the 2022 Top Workplaces award for the ninth consecutive time.

Based on blind survey responses from our employees, Premier received high ratings in key elements of the organization’s performance and culture. Employees were very optimistic about workplace cooperation, a positive environment, satisfaction with management and leadership, opportunities for growth and advancement, exposure to strong values and ethics in the workplace.

Background

The Top Workplaces program recognizes good employers across the country in regional lists and one national list. These evaluations are based purely on employee opinion gathered anonymously in an extensive survey process. Top Workplaces compiles the lists and work with regional publishing partners to produce special editorial sections profiling the winners.

Premier began participating in TOP Workplaces in 2014 and has won the award from positive responses for nine consecutive years.

Outstanding Employee Results

The Top Workplaces employee survey is designed to create a wellness profile for the organization, its leadership, management and culture. Employees responded to select statements across four major themes – organizational alignment, effective execution, meaningful connection with employees and management skills.

Premier’s results show that there is a great amount of pride and respect among our employees. They feel appreciated, well informed and a part of a valuable process of delivering outstanding service to our patients.
