  • Detach the payment form and mail it with a check, debit or credit card. Please do not mail cash to us.
  • Call our office at 412-457-0184 to pay by credit card.
  • Pay in person at your Premier office location with cash, check, debit or credit card.

Copayments

Copays will be requested at paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks and debit or credit cards at the front desk.

Financial Assistance

Premier offers a financial hardship program to assist patients experiencing financial difficulties, providing certain income and other criteria are met. To discuss assistance, contact a customer representative in our billing office at 412-457-0184.

Medicaid (Pennsylvania Medical Assistance) – Pennsylvania’s state-administered health insurance program makes state and federal funds available to qualifying patients to pay for medical care. Funds are available for patients with low incomes or with certain disabilities.

Does Premier have a financial assistance program?

What forms of payment are accepted at Premier?

For payments by mail, we accept checks, debit and credit cards. If paying copayments or your bill in person at the medical office, you may pay cash, check, debit or credit card.

Can I make partial payments on my balance?

Yes. Contact the billing office at 412-457-0184 to discuss a payment schedule. Please note, payments are applied to the oldest account balances unless otherwise requested.

The electronic bill pay service, Pay My Doctor, will also accept partial payments.

When can I expect a refund?

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing.
