Copays will be requested at paid at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, checks and debit or credit cards at the front desk.

Medicaid (Pennsylvania Medical Assistance) – Pennsylvania’s state-administered health insurance program makes state and federal funds available to qualifying patients to pay for medical care. Funds are available for patients with low incomes or with certain disabilities.
Medicare – This federal health insurance program addresses the needs of senior citizens and those with certain disabilities.
Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) – Pennsylvania children may be eligible for health benefits under this state program.

What forms of payment are accepted at Premier?
For payments by mail, we accept checks, debit and credit cards. If paying copayments or your bill in person at the medical office, you may pay cash, check, debit or credit card.
Can I make partial payments on my balance?
Yes. Contact the billing office at 412-457-0184 to discuss a payment schedule. Please note, payments are applied to the oldest account balances unless otherwise requested.
When can I expect a refund?
